1844 Studios Inc. is an award-winning film production company, founded in 2018 and situated in Edmonton, Alberta.

 

Our company is dedicated to exposing striking stories which tell us about the universality of human emotion despite diversity of human experience.

 

Our mission is to build a complete ecosystem in which action, reflection, consultation, learning and collaboration are used to establish cutting-edge patterns of media development, production, distribution and consumption that are fit for a New World Order operating on the principle of the oneness of humanity.

 

Our films have been screened at major film festivals such as, the Edmonton International Film Festival and the American Indian Film Festival and can be viewed on CBC/Radio-Canada’s GEM and TELUS Optik On-Demand.

 

In addition to developing our own intellectual property (IP), 1844 Studios has a Corporate Wing specializing in delivering full-service video production for clients and has produced an array of promo spots and documentary-style content, for mission-aligned organizations, such as the Organization for the Prevention of Violence (OPV) and the University of Alberta.

 

With a team of researchers and writers as well as production and post-production practitioners, 1844 Studios is committed to coupling high-quality storytelling and cinematic techniques to create socially impactful content that will benefit our world.
